This lush hop farm had the best backdrop for a stunning summer wedding in Oregon. They did a wonderful job with every detail of the day. A warm ceremony, the most delicious food and entertainment for their guests, all with beautiful florals and a beautiful setting. In the summer of 2019, I got the honor of being an associate photographer for Georgia Ruth Photography, who was the photographer who photographed my wedding! (How many times can I say “photography” in one sentence before it doesn’t sound like a word anymore?) Honestly, it is one of the biggest compliments when a photographer you admire some much asks you to photograph alongside them. I hope I did TJ and Taylors wedding justice, so here are some of my favorites from the day!

TJ and Taylor got married at Wilmes Hop Farm in Aurora, Oregon on an overcast July day. Their day was full of all the classics; Taylor wore a stunning, simple sheath style dress by Anais Anett ad TJ wore a sleek navy suit and tie from Men’s Warehouse. It was a cacophony of laughter as they all got ready with premarital bliss.

The ceremony took place front and center with the tall and full hop field. Decorated simply with wildflowers, they shared their handwritten vows in front of their closest friends and family. After some romantic and fun portraits, they headed to their reception. The couple started off the afternoon with wood-fired pizza, lawn games, and heartfelt toasts for the newlyweds. The guests got settled in as we snuck off with the bride and groom for some soft golden hour portraits and joined the guests again with their first dance. They ended the evening with cake, sweets, dancing, and laughing. TJ and Taylor are the most stunning couple and kept their wedding day just that, stunning, romantic and so classy.
